Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Processing may take longer during sales or high-demand periods.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected offers or minimum order values.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once the order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected pin codes only.
  • Additional COD charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Claims for damaged, leaked, missing, or incorrect products must be raised within 24 hours with:
    • Clear images
    • Mandatory unboxing video

Address Changes

  • Address changes can only be made before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, delivery addresses cannot be modified.

Return-to-Origin (RTO)

Orders returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept may incur additional shipping charges.

Force Majeure

GYK Professional is not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier disruptions.
