Refund policy
At GYK Professional, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Expired
- Incorrect item delivered
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear product images and an unboxing video.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/seals intact.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Opened or used skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers may be required to self-ship the product unless pickup service is available in their location.
- Return shipping reimbursement, if applicable, will be processed after approval.
- COD handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
- Return requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours
- Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval
- Refund timeline: 5–7 business days
- Bank processing may take additional time depending on the payment provider
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligible products can be exchanged for:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective product
- Size or variant issues (subject to stock availability)
Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
